Priests and Religious Tickets
For Priests, Bishops, Nuns, Monks, Sisters, and Brothers who take a vow of poverty, free tickets may be provided. To request a ticket for you or someone you know who does take a vow of poverty, please contact us.

College Student Scholarships
Full scholarships are available to students 18-22 years old.
To apply, email [email protected], using “student scholarship” in subject line and provide the following:
Name, Age, Phone, Email, and a brief explanation of how their attendance could impact their faith journey.

Media Coverage
Journalists, Bloggers/Vloggers, and Social Media Influencers are encouraged to attend Friday’s conference. Video/Audio streaming or recording of the conference is not allowed, but access to speakers for interviews will generally be available throughout the day. Free admission for Friday’s conference is available with prior approval from CFCP. Food and beverage are not provided with the free admission. Shared media space will be provided to the right of the stage. Media are allowed to set up interview tents and booths outside near the entrance of the venue with prior approval. Radio/Podcast Advertisements
The ads below have been created to help promote the 1st anniversary banquet and conference. Due to budgetary concerns, we have been limited to the number of stations and podcasts to place them. With your help, we can place these ads in your favorite Catholic radio station, conservative talk station, or podcast. If you’re just not sure the best avenue for placing them, you can leave it to us. We’ll work with you and make sure the funds you’d like to devote to commercials are used wisely. Your generous sponsorship of the Coalition’s 1st Annual Conference “Finding Hope in the Desert” will go a long way to bring faithful Catholics together and equip them with truth to defend and protect our Holy Priests, Bishops, and Religious. Event & Sponsorship details:
- Thursday banquet estimated attendance: 300-400
- Friday conference estimated attendance: 400-500
- Capacity for the event is 800 people.
- Commitment must be made by June 1 to be guaranteed a spot in the Anniversary newsletter and the program.
- Booth space is available on a limited basis separately from sponsorship.
- Payment by check is preferred and mailed to Coalition for Canceled Priests, PO BOX 208, FLOSSMOOR, IL 60422
- Credit card payments can be made through our event registration page found on our website.
- In-kind contributions in exchange for sponsorship is accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- CFCP is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 non-profit.

Vendor/Display Booths
Booths to sell religious goods, books, and services are available throughout the venue. Space is limited to 10-15 vendors.
Sizes start at 12′ long by 8′ deep ($300). Costs for larger size space is dependent on the exact needs. Please contact [email protected] to inquire about costs, location, and needs.
Setup will be the afternoon on Thursday, June 23. Setup is not available on Friday, June 24. Take down will take place Friday evening after 6 pm.

*Friday, June 24 is the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart. It’s a liturgical feast day. Canon 1251 says “Abstinence from meat, or from some other food as determined by the Episcopal Conference, is to be observed on all Fridays, unless a solemnity should fall on a Friday.”
