Lodging & Transportation
We encourage you to stay onsite at the Hilton Rosemont/Chicago, where discounted rates are $139/night. For those driving, parking is included in the discounted rate. For those flying, free shuttle transportation is provided every 30 minutes from O’Hare International Airport. You must purchase through the button below to get the discounted rate and take advantage of the transportation perks. Plus, by reserving through this link, you will help us receive credit for the cost of the conference room reservations.

Rosemont also offers plenty of other hotel accommodations, but not necessarily within walking distance.
Parking
Parking at the Hilton is free for those who are staying overnight at the hotel.
For those staying elsewhere, parking is $15/day.
A public parking garage is available nearby as well, but daily rates aren’t known at this time.

Media Coverage
Journalists, Bloggers/Vloggers, and Social Media Influencers are encouraged to attend Friday’s conference. Video/Audio streaming or recording of the conference is not allowed, but access to speakers for interviews will generally be available throughout the day. Free admission for Friday’s conference is available with prior approval from CFCP. Food and beverage are not provided with the free admission. Shared media space will be provided to the right of the stage. Media are allowed to set up interview tents and booths outside near the entrance of the venue with prior approval. Radio/Podcast Advertisements
Below are the ads created for our 2022 conference. With your help, we can create new ads and place these ads on your favorite Catholic radio station, conservative talk station, or Catholic podcast to help promote the 2023 conference. If you’re just not sure the best avenue for placing them, you can leave it to us. We’ll work with you and make sure the funds you’d like to devote to commercials are used wisely. Event & Sponsorship details:
- Estimated Attendance is 500 people
- Commitment must be made by June 1 to be guaranteed a spot in printed materials.
- Booth/vendor rental is separate from sponsorship.
- Payment by check is preferred and mailed to Coalition for Canceled Priests
- Credit card payments can be made through our event registration page found on our website.
- In-kind contributions in exchange for sponsorship is accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- CFCP is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Please consult with your accountant to see if your sponsorship is considered tax deductible.

Sell & Exhibit
We welcome all vendors and exhibitors who faithfully stand with The Church’s Teachings.
Sizes of booths start at 8′ long by 6′ deep in the main expo room.
larger size space and alternative type booth options are available.
2-Day Vendor cost: $250 for standard 8 ft-wide space | $150 for each additional 8-ft space
1-Day booth space is available on a case-by-case situation
Setup will be either the afternoon on Thursday, June 22 or very early morning (before 8 am) on Friday, June 23.
Take down will take place Saturday evening after 4 pm (unless other needs exist).
Exhibitors are chosen on a case-by-case basis.
Security will be provided overnight on Thursday and Friday.
Any representative who desires to attend the conference and have access to the talks/meals must purchase a general admission ticket. Entry to the main hall is forbidden without an attendee badge.
